What is a sound bath?
Sound baths can be held in groups or as a 1:1 where a sound practitioner uses the power of sound/frequency for its therapeutic benefits. Practitioners will often use a mix of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls accompanied by several other instruments like, chimes, chalices, ocean drums and gongs - creating a multi-layered dimensional soundscape.
Attendees will be invited to sit or lay down on a mat and get comfortable with blankets, cushions and bolsters before being gently guided with meditation and breathing techniques. The sound practitioner will then play the bowls and instruments, these
